WHO WE ARE
We are New Zealand’s first ever ‘Adventure Rooms’ real life escape the room experience. Located in the Sunny bay of plenty, right in the heart of Rotorua’s CBD.
We operate multiple escape venues for recreational and corporate use. We strive to engage and inspire our customers by inducing a WOW! experience that they will soon not forget. We love our customers and the overall customer experience is our number one priority.
We are looking for people with a diverse skill set who enjoy challenges, a fast-paced start-up environment, are customer service oriented and who are interested in an opportunity to grow and develop with us.
We are looking for smart, goal-oriented people who can get things done. Our game masters often have a variety of strengths and passions that they use to provide extraordinary customer service. It is your experience and background that will set you up for success in your role with Adventure Rooms.
Initially, your main responsibilities will be to provide a world class, fun and friendly experience for all our guests. You must be a people person with the ability to command the attention of a crowd. Strong skills in time management, multitasking, staying calm under pressure, and attention to detail are also greatly valued. And of course, having a great sense of humour! Your role will directly impact overall customer satisfaction.
You must be available to work late afternoons, evenings, and weekends, sometimes on short notice. Schedules are flexible. Students are encouraged to apply. This can be an excellent opportunity for professionals with day jobs who are looking for an entertaining way to spend their evenings and weekends.
· Set up and reset of the Adventure Rooms experience.
· Greet customers and run the Adventure Rooms experience encouraging all patrons to participate in a fun and enthusiastic manner.
· Take reservations, process payments and take customer photos.
· Answer email and phone enquires acting in accordance with all company policy and procedure.
· Perform other duties and tasks like cleaning, marketing promotions and prop maintenance when required.
